I recently ordered from Mr. Sub, and I have to say—it completely exceeded my expectations. The sandwich was incredibly fresh and made to perfection. App accidentally placed a "for pickup order" which could not be changed. Did call store and they were not able to give a refund at the time. However the next day they called me and the husband drove my order to me. And they went out of their way to make sure that I received my order. The sub also had extra meat. Great service.
