Did a pre-order, came to pick it up - the guy said they just got it and pulled it off the printer, the order was confirmed to me 32 minutes earlier via email. Not busy, disorganized, arrogant man working. Never again. Went here for convenience, should have ordered Subway.
I’m glad others have had a great experience! Unfortunately when I came in, I instantly felt out of place. No one greeted me but the customers behind me all were greeted. I was waiting over 5 minutes just to buy a drink and had a woman who just walked in get helped first. The gentleman had seen me walk in so there was no confusion there.
