Litetally only come here on my birthday. Last year, they messed up my order. And yet again today on my birthday, i make an online order and go and pick it up for my free sub and they yet again mess it up. I expect this to be rectified, this is sad.
I grab lunch here regularly as it's near work, the food delicious, and the staff friendly! They know my usual when I walk in the door. The sitting area is somewhat small but there's lots of sun coming in the windows.
Do yourself a favour and don’t park here. I left my car for about 20 minutes and a Mr. Sub staff member watched me, then wrote me a parking ticket. I even saw them run back inside with their ticket book afterward. There are no clear signs where I parked indicating parking restrictions. Really disappointing behaviour from a business. Definitely won’t be supporting them.
First-time customer ordering through delivery. One item was completely missing. Cookies were undercooked (photographed). A heated sandwich was delivered unheated and soggy. Loaded tots were overwhelmingly onions with minimal balance and not as described. The food was largely inedible and documentation was provided immediately. Based on this experience, quality control and order accuracy require significant improvement.
