Been coming here for lunch for almost 2 weeks now, everytime the subs have come out perfect, shoutout to Angie & Lee and the other fantastic workers here, the best Sub Connoisseurs I know!!! Coming back here for the Subs and hospitality every chance I get! 10/10 business
Amazing staff cheerful
Food is the best around in my opinion. I prefer these subs to any of the others in town. I will say the building could use a refresh. But the staff are great, but last time I was in, the young lady had just reopened after closing for a bit to get caught up on baking some bread. That shouldn't happen if the staff from the previous shift are doing their job which they clearly didn't.
Service was absolutely awful …. The 2 older ladies working there were rushing us, had an awful snarky attitude and made my family and I EXTREMELY uncomfortable…
Insanely disappointing to pay money food and get something you can't eat. Half rotten lettuce, the meat was dry and seemed like from days ago. I tried feeding it to my dogs and they took a couple bites and left it and thats unbelievable for them to turn down human food. Not worth the time and definitely not worth the dime. I will be finding somewhere else to go when I do my Napanee run. Someone obviously doesn't know how to run a food service business to attract and keep customers.
