Very poor service from the owner. Very odd to be in the customer service industry and be rude to your customers. Please believe that I'm often smiling, polite and an easy going guy who gave no reason to be treated poorly. Which made it really hard to understand the treatment I was given. I have been here a few times and it seems like the workers are always under staffed. I would recommend not supporting this location or the Ajax one as I noticed he owns that one too. Very dirty environment, non of seating table and chairs were cleaned, we need to clean them before
Had a sub here on Jan 06 at 2:00pm. The older lady making my sandwich looked soo miserable, she just wanted to finish making the sub fast...made a lifeless sandwich. She didn't even give me an opporunity to select toppings for the sandwich. She filled it with lettuce, frozen soggy onions and tiny old leftover pieces of tomatos. I paid $20 for a combo and did not enjoy my food or my time here. Unfortunately, I will not return!
