Not there best franchise for sure. A little unkept and washroom well was probably not cleaned for sometime. The sub tasted off in some sections not sure why.....

I visited this Mr Sub on March 3. I was a long way from home and the bathroom was clean and well stocked. I appreciated a clean bathroom! I bought a small sandwich for lunch. The owner was warm and engaging and built the sandwich to my specification😁. I was only sad about the multigrain bun when I ate it. The bun was terrible. It was dry and flavourless, poor texture. I think a sandwich shop should have great bread, yes? Overall, this Mr Sub was a great experience.

Very poor service from the owner. Very odd to be in the customer service industry and be rude to your customers. Please believe that I'm often smiling, polite and an easy going guy who gave no reason to be treated poorly. Which made it really hard to understand the treatment I was given. I have been here a few times and it seems like the workers are always under staffed. I would recommend not supporting this location or the Ajax one as I noticed he owns that one too.
