I went to Mr. Sub to redeem a birthday complimentary sub, but the experience was incredibly disappointing from the moment I walked in. The place looked noticeably dirty, which was already a red flag. I don’t consume meat, and when I saw the staff member preparing my sub with the same gloves he used for handling meat, I had to ask him to change them.
