Prabh is a star employee! When I came in it was quite busy. She was multitasking, attending to the ice cream stand, making the subs, and serving coffee! Very good service for just one person:) kind and friendly
We were served by two young staff at this location and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. They appeared uninterested and came across as rude, and the service overall felt careless. They had very limited stock available, and our order was incorrect from the start — wrong size and wrong bread. On top of that, the sandwich was prepared poorly (toasted after vegetables were added, so the cheese didn’t melt properly), and the veggies that were available were soggy. Brabh at Mr. Sub was awesome—super friendly, welcoming, and genuinely great at her job. Even while working in blizzard conditions, possibly having to work alone all day to keep the store open. Great attitude and she kept a positive atmosphere and made the whole experience smooth. It’s clear she takes real pride in what she does!!
