The workers are so kind and the food is heavenly! The quality of the ingredients are always fresh. I go here all the time during my lunch breaks because of how amazing it is! I’d definitely recommend this place over most sub shops in the area.
Ordered delivery for my family through their website but it did not arrive. It said delivered with no photo proof and it wasn't. Mr Sub told me it was up to the third party to refund me. The third party doesn't have the order specifics because it is up to the STORE. My credit card statement says "Mr Sub" so why would Uber Eats help me out. Makes no sense. unfortunately, I got food poising from a footlong meatball sub with extra cheese and a chocolate milk, but it was ok because i got time off of work
This will be my first and last time ordering a Pizza sub from this place. It was awful.. ended up only eating half a 6" piece before I had to throw it out. They toasted it with the top bun on so the inside was still cold and not crispy at all.. I have to now go out and buy something else.. total waste of money
