After receiving a stale sub, which was un-edible, I reached out to head office and there response was to join the Mr Sub program and will give me a couple of extra stamps! Now I'm not only going to avoid this store,Mr Sub is off my list of lunch options! Management need to step up there game in this tough market to keep there customers satisfied!!
I was told that it's a new corporate policy that sub only comes with 6 vegetable toppings. Any toppings after that is 50 cent extra. Ordered footlong tuna and didn't get cheese which is one of most expensive item of the sandwich but had to pay extra 50 cent for some onion. Laughable. Never heard anything like this ever before or from any other Mr sub location.
This is twice in one week I got a sub there Can’t find the meat rushed me through the toppings and had to ask for more she barely put anything on it There were other people there to serve There is a subway next plaza over. I can always go there
I recently visited Mr.Sub on Barton and Greys in Stoney Creek in hopes of supporting a local business, but unfortunately, my experience was far from positive. From the moment I stepped in, the service felt rushed and pushy. The staff seemed more focused on getting us in and out. The bread served was stale, and they said it was fresh. Not only was it not fresh, but no selection other then the basic white and whole wheat. Took an evening stroll to this location and arrived 10 minutes before closing. The doors were locked and no one in sight in the restaurant. Now have to walk home and find an alternative restaurant.
