Awesome service today. Tried the new Queso and Bacon Cheesesteak. WOW
Lost a customer that has been going to this location at least once or more a week for the last 20 years when they raised the price to $11 for an assorted and have the nerve to charge extra now for toppings. Subway always has better deals on their app and does not limit toppings. It is a shame because I think Mr Sub is better than Subway, but my loyalty lies with value and the almighty dollar.
After receiving a stale sub, which was un-edible, I reached out to head office and there response was to join the Mr Sub program and will give me a couple of extra stamps! Now I'm not only going to avoid this store,Mr Sub is off my list of lunch options! Management need to step up there game in this tough market to keep there customers satisfied!!
