Noon on a Wednesday in a busy commercial area and ONE person working? People only have so long for lunch and I walk in to one person serving the already three people in front of me. Turned around, out the door. One person working a food spot during lunch is *insane*. Hire appropriate staff, absolutely ridiculous.
Best sub spot in town
September 22, 2025. Did you know you have to pay for toppings at Mr. Sub now. You do at 425 West St. Orillia. I went to get a basic assorted sub that I have bought since in my teens. I ordered the sub, was asked if I wanted extra cheese, said no thank you, the scruffy elderly foreigner, seemed angry already, placed the sub on the metal with no wrap under it, then asks me what topics I would like, I said tomato, lots of lettuce and olives, onion and sub sauce. sub was tasty, but 17 bucks for a sandwich with a few slices of meat and cheese is a bit overpriced.
