The employee with the white and black beard acts nice until he gets irritated and then unleashes hell on customers when he feels like they criticize the quality of the sub he made. I had a steak sub and I swear it was made with half the ingredients and I called him out on it, and he was rude and short and claimed that if he added more toppings he would go out of business. I went to Mr Sub today (Fittons Plaza location), with my husband and we ordered 5 subs to take home for dinner. The young lady that took our order - Babita - was amazing. She made all 5 subs exactly how I asked (and I had a lot of sauces and particular ways I wanted them done) and did not "bat an eye". She was very friendly, efficient and just did an overall amazing job - I will go back for sure, based on today's experience.
