Owners very nice. Take pride in making whatever you order. They contribute to the town of Gravenhurst in many ways. They truly give back to the town.
Service was excellent and very friendly but ordered a foot long tuna sub and only got 2 very tiny scoops of tuna spread out throughout my whole sandwich and the tuna was 50% mayonnaise so very little tuna at all. I am a fan of Mr. Sub, and have never been given so little tuna in a full size sandwich. I usually get 4 full scoops of tuna in downtown Toronto where I’m sure the overhead is likely twice what it is at this store. Disappointed and will stop elsewhere on my way up north next time.
Manager is a very hard worker and should deserve better respect
Wonderful and friendly staff. They went above and beyond interacting with my toddler. I appreciate them taking the time to include her in the ordering process
