The worker had no idea about the menu or the deals offered. She wore the same gloves to tap on the screen, and then made the food. Then she went to the back and kept searching for things wearing same gloves, and continued to make the food. She was rushing to finish making the subs and completely forgot about cleanliness.
Clean, fresh, and tasty. Wonderfully friendly customer service and fast.
I had a great experience at Mr. Sub. The staff is very friendly and professional. Specially Harshita made the best SUB for me. Must go !!
I love Mr Sub. It's Canadian too. But whoever thought the girl working on the Victoria Day Monday was qualified in any way to be public facing, has made a mistake. She simply is incapable of understanding how to react to a line of people waiting. Incompetence, slow as a turtle. Deadly combination for fast food.
