Horrible excuse for a sub shop. Came August 25th around 3:15pm. The girl working clearly has no idea what she's doing. Didnt cut the bread properly plus barely any toppings. Much better options than this place, stay far away from here.
Doordash order. Clearly you have to be there to supervise them or else you won't get a good sandwich. If you don't like doing doordash just stop doing it. You're basically stealing. they sent me a can, not a bottle of dr.pepper, this is the second time in a row for that. the extra onions I paid for weren't in the sandwich, barely any lettuce, no sauce so it's crazy dry for a sub. This guy does not comprehend what proper procedure for food handling is. Cross contamination everywhere. Uses same gloves he cleans washrooms with to come out and make sandwiches. He also is notorious for eating toppings while he prepares your sub. He will casually shovel green peppers cucumber or onion or whatever toppings he chooses into his gullet while preparing your sub right in front of your eyes. Orders are never completed properly Items always missing Very quick to blam skip No sense of customer service knowledge And very rude to the point he disconnected the call
There is an older gentleman working there. Does not follow proper food handling procedures. Im watching him scrap vegetable that fell off the sub he was making which was mine and put it in his mouth. Then proceeded to use the same glove to put the sub on the grill and wrap the sub. Very disgusting. I dont mind him being slow but he was not even aware I was standing there watching him eat food off the table. I did online order for pickup. Never going here again. Better to drive a bit more.
