So, we ordered a few nights before, then last night. Both times asked for extra lettuce and tomatoes, and received barely any lettuce and 4 tomatoes. We literally received 4 pickles on each sub, so not what we requested, and last night was worse. Ordered 4 subs and the two pizza subs were cold and dry, even though we asked for extra sauce. Best Mr Sub in the Country bar none! They have also kept their Shake machine updated so you can still get that old school milkshake flavour they used to have! Wicked friendly staff, excellent friendly engaging owner who's there on the floor with his staff. I can't say enough good things about this franchise location and I stop in there every chance I get. I would have taken a picture of my sub but I wolfed it down already!
I really appreciate it when a worker goes out of their way to help a client. Tonight I ordered six subs and one was supposed to be free as I was already eight out of nine on the offers. Somehow the free sub didn’t get on the order and wasn’t delivered. Thank you to your worker Frank who made a special trip to bring me my missing free sub. it is this type of outstanding service that makes your clients come back to you. Thank you so much and by the way, the food was terrific.
