I am that " tattoo lady" and those hours you came in were 15 minutes before closing . Our Google hours are incorrect and I told you that . Hours are posted on our door. You also were in last night and decided to leave after not wanting our vegetarian options. Pretty rude of you to post a review about me . Especially when I could've served you food.. but told you flat out both days that I couldn't Toast your sub the oven was cooling down.
I came here on Sunday at 8:40 there is a tattoo lady she said i am closing I said no problem and on Tuesday same lady i came at 9:50 and close time shown 11:30 she said i can’t make because i am cleaning them why u guys are writing it’s open till 11:30 this is very bad
Best sub place in town! Subs are neat and are a good quality. Employees are also lovely and fun to talk with 👍🏼
Always a fantastic experience at Mr. Sub Waterdown. Walking into a fast food chain recently has been like stepping into India but not here, you’re greeted by smiling white faces who will serve you the best sub you’ve had in years! The restaurant always has everything in stock and is extremely clean.
I truly hate to give this place a 1 star because we go here often and most of the staff are amazing but the kid who is working Tuesday August 26th at 8pm is the rudest person, this is not our first time with him severing us the first time he huffed and puffed the whole order and tonight he basically threw our subs at us and one almost slid off the counter! This kid needs to be spoken too about his attitude towards customers
