last 3 times I've been there I noticed that it's severely going downhill the last time the lettuce was all soggy and limp I couldn't even eat it and I ended up throwing it in the garbage I'll never go there again
I am so disappointed. I love Mr. Sub and would choose to go here over Subway any day. Except as of late. I frequent this location often as I live on the West side. Updated April 7, 2026. Just came back from work trip and this place is close to home. I went and hoped it had gotten better as I haven't been to this location in over a year. As I walked in the food area looked gross and unclean. The fridge was empty, and this is also a country coffee. The donuts were dusty. I ordered a Canadian club which took 4 times to tell the worker as she had headsets in and was on the phone with someone. She stayed on the phone the whole time I was there.
