Just received my order through skip. They forgot my extra cheese, cucumber and onion. All I got was a sub with lettuce and tomatoes. Terribly disappointing after working a 12 hour day.
I had a great experience at Mr. Sub. The staff were friendly, helpful, and served my order quickly. The sub was fresh, tasty, and made exactly the way I wanted. The restaurant was clean and welcoming. I really enjoyed my meal and will definitely come back again. Highly recommended!
Very friendly customer service here. They always make you feel welcome and their buns are always super fresh.
I ordered two large subs and three cookies from here, the subs arrived but the cookies were missing entirely. The app did not me to allow to address the issue and get a refund either. Very disappointed and have regularly had bad experiences.
