I come here regularly and the girls who work here are so amazing! Never had a bad experience! And the food is ALWAYS 10/10!! Always our go to sub shop! Thank you guys for always being incredible

This was my first and last time at this establishment. Rude staff - Atrocious customer service! I went in yesterday morning at around 10am to purchase lunch for my kids. The TV was on much loud, the music was also on very loud and the 'lady' behind the counter had an accent, mumbled when she talked and wasn't speaking nearly loud enough to project over all of the noise in the establishment. Remember when employees used to care about their job and service. Clearly Mr Sub has forgotten. Overall not good. Vegetables practically spoiled. Bread on the way out. As other reviews mention, quality has dropped significantly. Not worth your money.
I was extremely disappointed by my sub tonight. It wasn't edible. The bread was stale and falling apart. The seafood was dry and flavorless. It tasted like old socks. Had to throw it away. Service was fine. The gentleman was obviously new, but very friendly. I have been coming to Mr Sub for decades. I don't know what is happening, but lately, things haven't really been tasty at Mr Subs. Not just at this location. Very disappointed.
