Does not honour their buy one get one free deal and uber eats. Was absolutely unhelpful and ended up paying for food that was cancelled and never delivered: the store should honour their deals on the companies they work for. Very bad customer service.
I unfortunately went to mr.sub in the mall. I had the smoked meat Tuesday special. The veggies and bread were fine but the amount of meat was a ridiculous small portion. The woman was shaking when she took it out of the microwave, I assume it was because she thought I was going to rage at her. It's not her fault so why would I do that. I will instead warn other NOT to bother going there. If you do prepare for disappointment. ☹️. Cannot recommend enough. Clean store, fresh toppings, good prices, Canadian owned, good portions. Friendly staff and owner is in most days. Truly wonderful store. My only complaint is that there isn't MORE Mr Subs.
