Response to the owner. l contacted the store as advised and was directed to speak with Max, who was initially identified to me as the owner. The next day, when I called back, I was told that Max was not available and that I should call again the following day, which I did. During that follow-up conversation, I was informed that he was not the owner, creating further confusion and frustration.
