I go here maybe once a year, and every time I do I’m reminded why I never go here. They microwave everything and it’s still cold. The vegetables are mushy. The service is bad, like I m bothering them. The interior is dark and grungy. Charged me as extra cheese for regular cheese. I have no idea how this location stays open.
Absolutely disgusting food. Mr. Sub has gone down the drain. Ordered a breaded chicken sandwich on uber and the chicken was hard as a rock. Cheese bread was just stale white bread. Avoid this place unless you enjoy eating garbage.
Victim of shrinkflation. They seem to really hate cheese. The cheese bread in the picture is *coated* with melted cheddar cheese, but the real thing is just a couple of dribbles. Not enough to even bother, 'cos you simply won't taste it anyway. Pathetic. Also, if you order the Korean Kickin' Chicken, it costs an extra $1.50 to get as much cheese as in the image of the sub, because they only put these tiny paper-thin strips on that are nowhere near as long or wide as the image suggests. Excellent experience at Mr. Sub! The employees were incredibly friendly, always smiling, and had such a positive attitude. They made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. The service was fast, professional, and the food was prepared with care. It's refreshing to see a team with such great energy and customer service. I'll definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!
Tried the Korean Kick’n Chicken sub and it was really good. Everything tasted fresh, the flavour was nice, and the price was pretty good for what you get. The location was also clean, which I always appreciate when eating out. I’d definitely come back to this Mr. Sub again and try more things from the menu!
