I ordered a super sub yesterday July 15th from Uber eats for this location. My mistake was getting it when the place opened. I have eaten Mr. Sub for over 40 years and this was the worst bread served to me ever. Very pathetic. It wasn't even day old bread. It was at least 3 days old. Ruined my sub taste. Bread was crumbling off after every bite. I have spent money at this location but I guarantee you that me and my friends will never spend another dime there. One we physically go to to choose what sub I want and different types of ones different Fridays but Swiss Chalet twice but definitely not often on Friday . We weren’t physically picking up Swiss Chalet or Mr sub back during Covid - 19 . Different subs taste very differently , and it’s always good of me and good to try all the new subs , I knew that a meatless meatball would mean a meatball with no meat , so I switched from a meatless type of meatball and meatball , to the meatball sub .

Went to Mr Sub today because my neighbor said it's a great place for sub. But when i got there the girl behind the counter was soo rude and not showing us proper eye contact when we were telling her our topping. She is NOT a customer service person. Even after we got our food and started to eat. Another customer came in and i ask them about the girl in counter. They also got bad service too. NOT HAPPY WITH TODAY'S EXPERIENCE in this location. Got the new Queso steak sub and it was pretty solid. Made quick and tasted pretty fresh, a tad bit salty but overall was a solid sandwich.
