Slow service food sitting on counter for 15 minutes while oven pre heats. Not sure why they don't have employees come in before they open instead of having people wait for their oven to heat up in the morning. Terrible.
The sandwiches here are absolutely exceptional—fresh, flavorful, and made to perfection. The gentleman working there is incredibly polite and professional, providing excellent customer service that truly enhances the experience. Highly recommended
Today I tried the queso and bacon cheesesteak, I was not impressed at all to see that the bacon strips and steak were warmed up in the microwave. The workers were friendly and welcoming but it also seemed as tho they were handling money with gloves and not replacing them before touching our food, which is pretty disgusting...
