Hilda is always fantastic! She takes time to make sure everything is in working order when she's done, explains the issue in an easy-to-understand way, and we're always happy to see her when we have AC issues. Busy Bee never tries to upsell us with a new system, and they are quick to get warranty replacement parts for our system. We hope to keep this system running for many more years, but will not hesitate to replace when she say it's finally time for one.

Busy Bee helped us to sort out a stress and mess that previous HVAC company left . They replaced condenser unit and were professional , careful and efficient. They handled the replacement with the outmost care and took their time making sure everything operates properly. The best part was the honesty and transparency that is so hard to find. Thank you! Update : 10.08.2025 - our inside unit decided to shut down intermittently . Within 24 hours Mrs. Busy Bee team were able to locate parts and replace them! Thank you again !!!
I called Hilda expecting maybe later on today or tomorrow she could come out, but no, she came immediately after we hung up the phone. She was very through and explained everything to my wife and I. We've been using Mrs. Busy Bee for our home unit and an additional mini split they installed for the last 3 years. Service is consistently excellent, timely, and done with care.
