Heather came along to our World mental health day event at CAMHS in Derby. What an amazing job she did ,everyone came away feeling so relaxed. Heather came away having done 26 complimentary hand massages for our staff and visitors and everyone loved them. Thankyou Heather.
Wow! I had my first session with Heather and it was incredible, I have never felt so relaxed. It was amazing how she could pick up on things through my feet, like how I hold tension in my jaw and my disrupted sleep patterns! It was so calming and enjoyable that I was already thinking of when I could book my next session before this one had ended! Thank you so much Heather!
I booked in for my first treatment with Heather to help with stress and chronic pain, I've now had three sessions and came away from each visit feeling absolutely fantastic. I felt so relaxed, slept better and my pain has definitely eased. Its a very relaxing experience and i have no hesitation in recommending Heather to everyone, she is amazing at what she does and also very helpful with advice. I have my next treatment booked and cant wait.
I trained with Heather and knew already how skilled and intuitive her treatments are. I am recovering slowly from a frozen shoulder and Heather’s treatment yesterday was amazing. Helped take a lot of tension from the rest of my body and was very relaxed for the rest of the day. There are no miracle cures and I know it will take time, but I will definitely be going back for more treatments.
Have had a couple of sessions of reflexology with Heather and I absolutely love it. Heather is warm and welcoming and makes you feel relaxed even before the session begins. The treatment is amazing and leaves you feeling relaxed and calm. Would highly recommend. Will definitely be back for another session.
