TL;DR Finally a bakery/sweet shop in Valley County worth stopping for. Mrs. Tibs Bakery was a very pleasant surprise. We will be back. I'm not a friend of the owners, not a paid reviewer, not leaving meaningless reviews to bump up my Google Review level. I'm a 4th generation Idahoan who travels globally with an emphasis on food, and once in a blue moon we'll pass through Valley County. That out of the way.... There's just so much to try. The pastries are DELICIOUS! My husband and I tried several and our favorite was the huckleberry coffee cake. The inside of the bakery was clean, bright, and so cute - and not to mention the divine smells! I would have loved more coffee options to go with the baked goods, but alas it is a bakery and not a coffee shop. 10/10 would recommend and I can't wait to go back!
Always love stopping in for a treat! Problem is, it is so difficult to display self control.
