We stopped in randomly after I saw them on Facebook the day before driving by. The team was so amazing, starting with Britney who helped us with placing our order and providing advice. She then checked up on us multiple times while we were eating there (this is an order at the counter and go sit down place, not one where you'd necessarily have a server) to make sure that everything was great. I will start by saying great BBQ requires a constant wood burning fire on site and the meats to be sold and rotated constantly. It’s why BBQ in strip malls is almost never great as it is a logistical nightmare. No matter how good you are, it will always be average as you have to store the finished product. Anyway.. This food was more than what I expected from the baked beans down to the dessert was beyond good. Ribs were so tender I never had barbecue this good before in west palm beach. Thank God I took a chance with them because I usually drive to Ft. Lauderdale but after this I'll be coming here for my soul food.
