Sheri was very informative about the outcome of my surgery and what's next.
I did not appreciate that. She was 45 minutes late for my appointment. In addition to that, she didn’t read the file and even though she had previously diagnosed me with a tear in my Achilles tendon she did not know that. She was definitely not on her a game that day. I was very disappointed.
This was a great experience. She explained everything to me. Showed me the X-rays. I felt very comfortable with this Mrs. Martinelli.
Coordinator at front desk, Emmy the tech, Sherri PA were all excellent. All friendly and communicated with great tone and clear information.
