Roxanne and staff are very caring. Always listens to my concerns and never feel rushed.
The kindness of all the staff was extraordinary. Very Courteous
Very unsatisfied with how the visit went. Didn't really give any chance to process what she said she was going to do, just started. Didn't explain what would happen to the affected areas after treatment before she started. I even asked if scars would be present once healed and she said no. Then her after care paperwork says there will be scars. Felt very rushed during the visit and uneasy on how things went when I left.
Dr Swafford & her staff are accommodating & friendly as well as professional. I really appreciate that they value my time as much as they value their own, so I never have a long wait in the waiting room before being seen. I believe Dr Swafford to be very thorough in her exam, catching spots early to prevent problems later on.
