I recently revisited Mrs. Powell's after about 10 years, as I grew up eating their cinnamon rolls and always loved them. Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed. The cinnamon roll tasted generic, and it didn't live up to my expectations. I honestly think Cinnabon is better now. It wasn't horrible, but it wasn't the Mrs. Powell's I remembered. I heard the ownership has changed, which might explain the difference. Overall, I was very disappointed with my recent visit.

I love the twists the best, but I also like the bread. The customer service is always great and I like the recent changes to the store.
Dry , nasty. Even reduced they are $15 for 6 old cinnamon rolls. Their stuff is hit n miss. Days they used to be good and mostly days they are dry now. The person in charge of this establishment seems to think I write a lot of negative reviews. You are correct! There's a lot of really bad, overpriced food in Idaho, because people are lazy here.
