Unfortunately, I am very disappointed with the service at this clinic. In February, we were charged twice for the same monthly payment ($250 × 2), even though we were told in advance that the emergency procedure we needed was already included in the treatment plan and no additional charges would apply. Wow! Best experience! Friendly atmosphere began from front desk Lady! It was absolutely zero wait time for me! Dr. Polina is very professional and explained my personal treatment plan and possible results very well. Her very gentle touches and close attention to every procedure made me feel special ⭐️!
