I had a terrible experience with this office. I made an appointment with Dr. Polina and waited three months, only to find out at the office that my daughter will be seeing by a completely different doctor. This is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. The front desk is completely incompetent. They barely speak English, and when I tried to explain in Russian, they pretended not to understand me. Unfortunately, I am very disappointed with the service at this clinic. In February, we were charged twice for the same monthly payment ($250 × 2), even though we were told in advance that the emergency procedure we needed was already included in the treatment plan and no additional charges would apply. Our next visit was in May. We did not make a payment then, as we were clearly told the extra charge from February would be applied toward our next visit.
