Excellent helpful and friendly service. Love the line. Very good design. Sturdy but light. Easy to use. Looks to be very good quality.

Great cloths line.
Purchased a Classic 10 line a few years back and it is great! Have 3 young kids so always plenty of washing. Their customer service is great! My son broke a part and I discussed with them about a replacement part, there was a miscumination on what I needed and when wrong part was sent instead of making a fuss they sent correct part the next day by post without me even asking. Highly recommend, great handy line to have in the house!
