My daughter as a new patient was required to pay an additional $120 on top of her copay amount. She went in for help with migraines but received none. I called six times about the extra $120 dollar charge that no one could give me the code for billing. The office manager was the only person I could speak with and I never got a call back after six different days of leaving messages. Do NOT go to this office!
