I was just ate here with my mother, we drove an hour to eat at this place and were very excited to experience a tea house after our local tea house had closed. We got here with about an hour to spare so maybe that was why it was so busy. We were seated but not exactly welcomed, everyone seemed to be super busy including our server who rushed around and checked on us maybe three times. I booked a private room here for my bridal shower, and unfortunately the experience was disappointing from beginning to end. Before the event, my maid of honor, mother, and bridesmaid arrived early to decorate. We had already confirmed through email that arriving early to set up was perfectly fine, yet they were met with nothing but rudeness for showing up when we had been told we could. As lovely as this restaurant is, I am ashamed that such a beautiful restaurant could have such rude staff. This was my first time eating here, and it surely left a bad taste in my mouth. Not only was the food mediocre at best, but it was also ridiculously overpriced. Nonetheless. That wasn’t even the main issue, however.
