The staff went over and above to answer all of my concerns before shoulder surgery. Delivery was on time and explained thoroughly. I will highly recommend M.R.S. Home care.
M.R.S. in Columbus Georgia gave my mom excellent customer service. Jessica assisted her with her cpap machine. She took time to go over everything she should know about the machine and let her try it on to make sure it was comfortable. All the staff there were very professional, knowledgeable and polite. They provide fast, excellent service and go above and beyond when it comes to helping our patients get what they need. Excellent staff as well as you can tell they genuinely care about what they do. Jessica was friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. She quickly figured out what I needed and answered all of my questions with patience and care.
