The staff at MRS Columbus were so helpful on this past Friday. My mom had just had surgery and we needed to get some things before she was discharged from the hospital on Saturday. The store would be closed,we were from out of town, and it was the very end of the day on a Friday. The staff helped me out even though the instructions from the hospital were a little late. I am so grateful to the staff, they were helpful, kind, and courteous.

Jessica was very informative in the steps to make my CPAP usage very successful. She insured me that if I had any questions she would be available to answer them. I felt assured that my CPAP usage would be great!!

The staff went over and above to answer all of my concerns before shoulder surgery. Delivery was on time and explained thoroughly. I will highly recommend M.R.S. Home care.
