Very poor service. I was referred by a doctor for DME supplies. They called my number, let it ring ONE TIME and disconnected the without giving me time to answer forcing me to have to call back. Only to tell me that they do not accept Cigna commercial (from my employer) insurance DESPITE being listed on the insurance site as being INN.
Absolute poor customer service. Other than the blatant disregard to my calmly voiced concerns with them not getting my supplies to me in a timely manner, this facility does not follow up with me - ever. When they say they’ll call back, I ALWAYS have to call them back one to two weeks later, at which time nobody knows anything about our discussion from the previous call. Great customer service! Chloe was very knowledgeable,patient and professional. I would definitely recommend MRS for any home health care needs.
Mrs. Renee was a great help with me adjusting to using the CPAP machine. She explained everything in details overall great customer service and friendliness was provided 😊
