Jaclyn with Mrs Grout did a fantastic job on our kitchen and laundry room floors! The floors look like new!

This is the second time using Mrs. Grout and we can't be more pleased! Kathy came out to give us an estimate, she was on time and so pleasant! She was able to give us an estimate at that time and explain what would be done. Two days later, Jaclyn arrived promptly as scheduled and got right to work. It was a big, tedious job (which is why we called Mrs Grout!) but Jaclyn diligently scraped, and scraped and scraped out grout, caulk and soap scum.
