I ordered a Christmas arrangement for family based on Mrs florists website photos. The arrangement delivered was inferior. The manager confirmed the flowers were different to what was advertised, the ribbon was thinner and lower quality. I asked for the owner to review my complaint and was told by the manager that the business was closed for the following month. ordered flowers to be sent to my mum’s workplace, and the whole process was very smooth and easy. The flowers arrived on time and were absolutely lovely — my mum was so happy! I’d definitely recommend their service and will be ordering again in the future.
