Ordered 3 separate gifts to be sent for Christmas to my moms nursing facility on 12/17/23 and 12/18/23. All three due before 12/23/23. I paid extra for that of course. Two arrived but the third one didnt show as shipped. I called on 12/21/23 for the undelivered package and also tried to use customer support. NO STARS: I will only recommend Mrs. Fields online ordering to those that enjoy misery, stress, and disappointment. We ordered a time sensitive gift from Mrs ********************** and when it didnt arrive a day late from when it was scheduled I contacted Mrs **********************. They said they had a new computer system and there was a glitch and it had t even shipped yet. They asked if I would like for them to credit my credit card, and I said yes. I ordered a gift basket to be delivered to a friend in ********. They mailed the gift to me. I wrote to their customer service **** about their mistake and their reply is that since the cookies have been delivered, there is nothing more they can do.I am so disappointed with Mrs. ********************** business. I placed an order on December 5, 2020, for the Checking-It-Twice Basket to be delivered on December 21. It didn't arrive until December 23 and wasn't even what I ordered. I placed an order and had the amount post to my card but received no confirmation email. When I followed-up for a confirmation number they were able to send it to me with the shipping info. I kept tracking the shipping number to see when the item would be delivered (it was a birthday present). Finally after several days it showed that the label was created but it was never scanned beyond that. The worst customer service I have ever encountered. On hold for over 2 hours, then I was hung up on. I requested a call back from customer service, only to receive a snarky email reply with no phone call follow up. Our company ordered over $400 worth of holiday treats for fellow providers and clinical staff only to have one out of four boxes delivered. I ordered two packages of cookies ($47.48 and $4.48) from the Mrs Field's website on 12/11/2017, one for each of two different clients. I was notified of the delivery. However, my two clients did not call me to acknowledge receipt of the gift. After 2 weeks I called my clients because I thought they were not happy with the cookies.
