Fire cookies, idk what those 1 stars are talking about, if you love soft cookies do come here, honestly best cookies I’ve ever have
Payment machine does not work. They recycle baked cookies and sell them the next day. Waiting for the machine to reboot twice and was not even offered my single 3 dollar cookie as an apology for waiting. Don’t recommend, I think the cookie that I already touched was put back in the tray
I dont appreciate that they dont make white chocolate cookies they say that they are only available as a special order? That is not acceptable. All the other mrs fields locations have them. Seems like like a lazy excuse.
I went here on a spontaneous whim as I was exiting. I decided to purchase a diet Coke. The woman on 12-16-25 at 5:30 PM was very kind! She was welcoming, attentive, smiled and quite helpful! I greeted her, asked for a soda. She stopped what she was doing (quite literally wearing gloves and prepping cookies) and helped me out. That's great customer service! She asked if I wanted anything else and then told me happy holidays. That was a nice visit and I would gladly come back and check out some other items when I'm at the mall... read more
$7 for an icee is outrageous, and the 2 cookies we purchased were undercooked
