Placed an order at 3pm in the afternoon just 2 be called an hour in a half later to be told only 15 sugar cookies are available for my order and they refuse to simply make more ? Why....not...make....more? This place sell cookies n drinks....yet during the day they refuse to complete a prepaid order..to simply make..more cookies?? Never go here customer service is terrible!!

Best Mrs. Fields as I’ve tried many. There’s a 20% coupon online for 1st time buyers. You can order online and pick up in the store.
