Terrible customer service. Terrible product. Terrible overall experience!!! Cookie was old tasting and a complete disappointment for my daughter’s birthday. “Manager,” was either non existent or a complete liar.
Lady at the counter thought she deserved a tip for doing what she get paid to do which is put cookies in the bag…so much so she yelled out no tip after I got my order…the cookie’s were falling apart all crumbled up in the bag and you think you deserve a tip. DO YOUR JOB!
