This Mrs Fields is just as good as any other. Cookies were tasty and the service people were very attentive and respectful, and also they were very friendly. But here's the deal: charging $4 for a single cookie is absolutely outrageous. This is the price for a cookie you would pay at an amusement park or a movie theater, not a shopping mall.
