TERRIBLE experience with this company. Cannot recommend people don't use them enough. Stated I wouldn't be home until 2:00 PM and they said that's when the clean would start. Came to my place at 1:42 PM and started billing for services despite not actually cleaning. Did a terrible job in my place to the point where I had to pay for additional cleaners to come in to clean and they had me complete portions of the cleaning with them (removing bedding from the bed). The ladies were efficient and thorough, however, some attention to detail was definitely missing. The quality of vacuum they provided did not produce quality results. I expected them to put a little elbow grease into some of the surfaces and walls. I ended up vacuuming and wiping a few walls down as I noticed things. The communication and punctuality were great just a couple finishing details were missing.
MrsClean - Clean Solution is very good and professional at what they do, they listen and not difficult to work with. This is one cleaning company i can recommend for my friends and family that is why i gave them 5 stars. Thank you so much MrsClean, you guys are the best.
