Something is definitely off now,i would frequent the old building and had good reviews for it,this place not so well as im a bit concerned for the establishment
I ordered the fried chicken, greens, rice and gravy, and a sweet tea, and every part of the meal tasted like the home‑cooked food I’ve been missing. I’m lactose intolerant, and the staff was incredibly kind and walked me through all the dairy‑free options without hesitation. Old structure in need of remodeling.
Stopped in Montgomery for some soul food on the way home from the beach. We tried Ox Tails with rice and gravy for the first time today because of all the rave reviews—it was the star of the show! Everything else was equally delicious and we devoured everything: fried green tomatoes, yams, squash casserole, Turkey & dressing. Well worth the stop! Didn’t get any pictures because we scarfed it all down too fast. Employees were friendly and welcoming too!
