Eric has done several jobs for me now. Always does a professional job and communicates well. Whether it be a new construction, changeout or mini split. He has done them all for me. He is just a phone call away when needed.
These guys are the BEST! They know their business and are the most kind and patient people. My systems are wonderful. They ALWAYS answer phone calls. Even on weekends. Eric walked me through a couple of things I did not understand....on a Saturday. He even wanted to come out on Mother's Day and repair a unit. I told him wait until Monday! That is the kind of people they are. I will never have another HVAC company. MR&R is the cream of the crop.
