Please be cautious when using this dealer, I visited this showroom to test drive a vehicle, during the test drive I asked if they would be open to accepting a holding deposit whilst I discussed finance. The salesman told me legally for me to leave a deposit I would have to sign a motor vehicle sales contract and then if the finance didn’t go ahead to let him know and they could refund part of the deposit I could tell from this point onwards how this was going to go. (Update: Received payment on 25.Mar) I purchased a vehicle, as I trusted the dealership at the time Even after owning it for 11 months , PPSR check still shows that there is an outstanding finance linked to the car. This does not appear to be consistent with the contract, which stated that the vehicle would come with clear title. After raising this issue with the sales manager, I felt the response was unhelpful The dealership then offered me only $13k–$15k to buy the car back, despite me purchasing it for $25,200 less than a... read more
