After 15 years of challenges navigating youth and then adult services, Dr. Rodway-Norman has been by far the most competent, experienced, and qualified doctor I have ever had. She is direct and transparent, but is just as compassionate. True patient-centred care is so difficult to find, but Dr. Rodway-Norman empowers people to be in charge of their own treatment and recovery.
Dr. Norman is the best doctor you can ever wish for. She is very respectful, supporting, always ask courteous questions. She let people talk, and listen to them carefully.
Have had nothing but positive experiences. Absolutely amazing doctor who has gotten me through many crisis situations with understanding and patience. I couldn’t have asked for anyone better.
Basically I have found an understanding compassionate educated pyschiatrist. Yay! It's been rough out there for awhile now. She put me at ease immediately as does her staff and Rufus deserves a big mention. Her great Pyrenees put me at ease immediately. It's all part of a wonderful dynamic that works. She listens she asks all the questions and you get "suggestions" putting your care in your control.
