New Richmond MRO is awful. They treat you badly. They leave you on top of the table and ask you to step down. They don’t ask her your birthdate and they are not very nice. I highly recommend not going here.
Dr. Shideman is a very knowledgeable and caring doctor. His plan of care was very detailed. I had to remind myself that I wasn't his only patient; because him and his staff will make you feel as if you are. People will forget what you said, but not how you made them feel. My family and I appreciate this doctor and his team.

I highly recommend this team for anyone needing radiation therapy. From the first meeting, simulation session, all the way through the treatments, I knew I was in very capable, compassionate hands. The system of bringing a patient through each phase and moving on to the next part of care or aftercare is seamless. They explain and support throughout the entire journey.
