Can't say enough good things about the people there. They go out of their way to make you feel at ease! I very much appreciate the technitions, nurses, Dr Gonzales, & all the other staff members who work there. It has been a good experience.
Dr Gits and the staff at MRO are the best. The staff was optimistic, helpful and empathetic. Dr. Gits is knowledgeable and was willing to spend as much time with me as I wanted. Top Notch!
I couldn't be happier with my experience at MRO. Dr. Fernandez, Dr. Gitts, nurses Janelle and Jen, and Radiation Therapists Lori, Emily, Neil, and Shannon were competent, compassionate and a pleasure to see every day. Highly recommended.
I had my radiology consult last week, and everyone was so kind! My nurse was the best! I can’t remember her name for the life of me but we bonded over our curly hair. My radiologist seemed knowledgeable and very thorough!
The doctor we were assigned to, Raul Fernandez, was the worst medical person I've ever had contact with. He treated both myself and my wife in very demeaning manner. Disregarded all or concerns and would not answer questions. He should be sent back to school to learn how to interact with a patient. Perhaps he should even have his medical licence revoked on a temporary basis while he learns who is important. He clearly does not understand that.
