My truck broke down while I was at the brewery next door and wouldn't start. The owner saw me, stopped what he was doing to come check on me, and then spent half an hour trying to get me back on the road. He eventually diagnosed it as a bad starter and apologized for not being able to help me get going and went back to his shop. His genuine intention to help won my business and I went in and asked him if I could leave it and have him replace the starter. He did it quickly and was affordable. Car starts up just fine now.
